Relevant Authorities To Improve Public Facilities In Rawalpindi- RCB
RAWALPINDI: On Thursday, a meeting was presided over by the President Rawalpindi Cantonment Board and Station Commander Rawalpindi. This meeting aimed to address the concerning authorities to enhance public facilities and amenities.
The concerned authorities were directed to resolve complaints coming from residents regularly. Moreover, they were asked to deliver quality facilities to the residents.
President Cantonment Board further directed the authorities to work towards issues regarding water supply, construction, sanitation, and street lights.
As directed by Station Commander Rawalpindi, plantation work will also be done in various cantonment areas resulting in flourishing the greenery in the city.
In addition, he mentioned that development work shall be carried out within the specified time, and officials will be ensuring that standard work is done. The quality of construction materials will be ensured to deliver improved streets, water tanks, and roads.
He further elaborated that the overall goal of this strategy is to deliver improved and revamped amenities to the residents belonging to cantonment areas.
