RDA to transform Rawalpindi into tourism district

RAWALPINDI: Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has initiated planning to turn the city into a tourist destination.

In a meeting chaired by, Chairman RDA, Raja Tariq Amin, a proposal came under consideration to merge Kotli Satyan, Kahuta, and Murree to develop a tourism district.

RDA has already started planning on revitalizing the old heritage sites of the Rawalpindi city These three Tehsils of Rawalpindi district have a great potential to boost tourism in the country.
