RAWALPINDI: Raja Tariq Mehmood, Chairman Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has told that the revenue of the department is recorded in surplus at Rs264mn.
The chairman was also of the view that the development authority has also saved Rs1bn under its austerity drive.
Furthermore, he added that the civic authority has started a drive against illegal housing societies in the city and is taking strict action against such societies.
