Actions to avoid during Ramadan
It is highly encouraged in Islam to have Sehri and Iftar meals at the right time. One should refrain from delaying their Iftar. There are other acts a person should abstain from to make the most out of Ramadan. These acts include the following:
- Eating and drinking during the fasting period
- Skipping prayers
- Lying and backbiting
- Using abusive language
- Smoking
- Displaying anger through fighting
- Listening to loud music
- Wasting time on entertainment and not focusing on worship
