PM Plans To Attract Overseas Pakistanis For Economic Betterment
Islamabad: PM Imran Khan has ordered CDA (Capital Development Authority) to give special attention to the Overseas Enclave housing scheme development.
PM directed CDA to speed up the construction of the proposed housing apartments and offer competitive pricing to attract a high number of investments.
The primary purpose of this project is to lure investments into Pakistan and propel a complete economic turnaround. Not only will it be advantageous to the country’s financial condition, but it will also provide quality of living to Overseas Pakistanis. CDA plans to deliver exceptional facilities and high security to people.
The PM Imran khan chaired this meeting with several other officials, including CDA Chairman Amir Ali Ahmed, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Overseas Pakistanis Commission Syed Tariq Mahmood Al Hassan, NPHDA Chairman retired Lt Gen Anwar Ali Haider, and other senior officials.
In a meeting with the PM, it was announced that the CDA was devising a plan to build 6,000 world-class apartments. As a part of Phase-1, these apartments will accommodate about 35,000 people. Moreover, in Phase-2, further construction of 4000 apartments, thus leading Pakistan towards substantial development.
