Motherhood – Crowning Glory of Woman
Motherhood is the most important feminine role that a woman fulfills as it’s the crowning glory of the ultimate woman.
Mothers and mother-figures are indispensable as they’re likely the first people we ever know when we enter the world.
They are a crucial influencer in the lives of their children and the love and care they provide, especially in the formative years, shapes their children into the adults they are destined to become.
They often shaped our world from the cradle, by rocking, nurturing and instructing us to grow up to make life changing and history- making accomplishments.
For every person, there is a mother behind who fostered her child’s sensibilities to their full potential as she is the one who forms the thread that stitches the personality of a person, makes the person a whole, a multidimensional being who isn’t ripped apart by divergent thoughts.
Undoubtedly, mothers carry a special place on the pedestals of civilized society as they’re the symbol of strength, integrity and binding force for a family.
For a progressive society, first of all we have to acknowledge the contributions rendered by the selfless mothers, as a mother is not only a school, but she is also the life, origin of humans.
Today, I want to go a step further by pushing for the recognition of the role of motherhood in nation-building, particularly in nurturing and shepherding the youth toward self-reliance and meaningful citizenship.
History speaks of itself that in building the nation and maintaining its solidarity, mothers have a most valuable part to play because a nation can never be great in the generations to come without great mothers.
The brave mothers of our country have sacrificed their sons for the sake of this country, and indeed their sacrifices are the most significant for our times.
Being a mother is the strenuous job in the world. It requires immense patience, diligence and courage, in the course of moulding young souls into responsible individuals who will be capable of contributing significantly for the betterment of any nation.
The care work provided by mother is the rock-bottom foundation of any dynamic economy as if women stopped doing the day-to-day nurturing and caring — making sure that their children turn up in school prepared for learning and creativity — there would be no labor force to speak of, no workers and taxpayers in the next generation, and the global economy would grind to a halt.
Hence, services of mothers are appreciable and the influence a mother plays in the long run to society; that as a mother strives to nurture and teach a child, she explicitly makes the world a much better place.
As very well said by a wise man, the mother’s lap is the first school for every child because mother is every man’s primary wealth.
It has been said that it is easy to bear children but it is difficult to raise them well. In that lies the challenge for all women who are mothers.
Mother’s lessons in life give us the space to believe in oneself as there is no limit to greatness one can attain or the great things you can accomplish.
Mother is, likely, one of those few words whose very cite inspires a fountain of emotions in the heart of almost every person as she’s:
The rhythm of music
The gentleness of the breeze
The blessings of God
We face multiple challenges in our changing world, but one factor remains constant: the timeless importance of mothers and their invaluable contribution to raising the next generation.
So, this Mother’s Day, we pay tribute to all mothers who inspire us every day, and honour the efforts mothers put in for her child in an attempt to secure a better future for them.
