Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has decided to increase the operating hours of its one-window cell in an effort to improve citizen convenience and efficiency.
The cell, which houses more than 50 services, will now run two shifts from 9 am to 9 pm every working day.
Officers and staff will be accessible to citizens throughout the first shift from 9 am to 3 pm.
The one window cell will be operating for a continuous 12 hours till 9 pm when the second shift starts at 3 pm.
The officials said that this would give citizens more freedom in how they obtain services and deal with the government.
