Heading: SBP unveils Roshan Apna Ghar Scheme for overseas Pakistanis

KARACHI: To facilitate and provide convenience to the overseas Pakistanis, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has unveiled the Roshan Apna Ghar Scheme. 

According to the Press Release issued by the State Bank, the overseas Pakistanis will be able to own a house in Pakistan using Roshan Digital Account (RDA).  

The overseas Pakistanis without any hassle will be able to access financial services with a simple tax regime.

Furthermore, the overseas Pakistanis will be able to sell their property and remit their money abroad without the approval of any authority. 

To facilitate the overseas Pakistanis, the regime of housing finance has been kept simple as the financial services can be availed in easy monthly installments. Furthermore, the housing finance can also be availed by those who have already availed Government Mark-up Subsidy Scheme (G-MSS).
