Govt. Approves Rs4 billion rupees for Construction of Sheranwala Gate Flyover

The Punjab government has approved the budget worth 4 billion rupees for the construction of Sheranwala Gate Flyover.

In a meeting related to the Sheranwala Gate Flyover, attended by Director General Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Ahmed Aziz Tarar and Chief Engineer LDA Abdul Razzaq Chohan, the Sheranwala flyover and Shahkam Chowk projects were presented. However, the approval of the Shahkam project is postponed for the next meeting.

The 3D design of the Shahkam Chowk Flyover project was presented in the meeting with an estimated project cost Rs 4,300 million. The expected completion period of the project is one year which is reduced to 10 months with the reduction in estimated cost by 600 million.
