Federal cabinet empowers CDA to enforce bylaws in E-11

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has been empowered by the federal capital to enforce bylaws in Sector E-11.

The civic authority also requested the federal cabinet to revoke the decision of 1968 which had prevented the revenue estate of Golra from land acquisition.

In the summary submitted to the federal cabinet by the CDA, it was stated that the exemption had resulted in multiple problems.

The exemption resulted in urban flooding, non-collection of solid waste, and disposal of untreated liquid waste.
