DHA GWA Announces Reduction in Development Charges for Commercial Plots

Gujranwala: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) in Gujranwala recently disclosed that it has opened possession for nearby commercial plots and offered enticing discounts.

The deal is accessible to Early Birds who take advantage of the brief promotion on a first-come, first-served basis.

The authority has made the decision to provide incentives for plaza building within a particular time range. The plaza must be built within 1.5 years of taking possession, per the notice.

This action aims to ensure the prompt completion of projects and the area’s general development.

To make the deal even more enticing, DHA GWA has included a special reduction on development fees for its clients.

The following tiers of discounts will be offered:

75% off for the first 10 members.
50% off will be given to the following 10 members.
A 40% discount will be given to the final 30 members.
A 30% discount will be given to the fourth 30 members.
