Development work on Margalla Road to be initiated tomorrow

ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to Prime Minister (SAPM) on Capital Development Authority Ali Nawaz Awan has informed that development work on Margalla Road will be initiated tomorrow (Thursday).
The SAPM told that Minister for Planning and Development who is also the elected member from Islamabad will inaugurate the construction work.
Speaking on the occasion, the SAPM informed that the construction work will be done in two phases.
In the first phase, the road will be constructed from Sangjani to D-12, while in the second phase the road will be constructed from Constitution Avenue to Satra Meel.
The foundation stone of the project was laid by Prime Minister Imran Khan in April.
