CM Punjab extends development projects worth Rs13.8bn for Layyah
LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar on Wednesday extended development projects worth Rs13.8bn for Layyah.
Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan along with CM Punjab arrived in Layyah to launch a universal health insurance programme for the people of Layyah.
Speaking on the occasion, CM Punjab said that uplift schemes worth Rs30cr have been approved for beautifying and improving road infrastructure in Layyah.
The CM Punjab also informed that a 28km long road has also been laid in Layyah at the cost of Rs38.20cr under Naya Pakistan Manzalain Asaan Program.
Speaking on the occasion, the CM informed that 36 basic health units will be converted to solar energy under Naya Punjab basic health unit solarisation program.
