The projects are valued at a total of Rs 352.9 billion including the construction of Hyderabad-Sukkur motorway, Ring Road from Warsak Road to Nasir Bagh Road, 6-lanes, Restoration and Revamping of Gujjar and Orangi Nullahs.
National Highway Authority (NHA) will be carrying out the project of Hyderabad-Sukkur 306 Km Motorway. The high-speed toll road will be worth Rs.308.19 billion- beginning from Hyderabad and ending at Naro Canal.
Hyderabad-Sukkur Motorway will pass through Tando Alam, Jamshoro, Hala, Shahdadpur, Khairpur, Dadu, Sukkur, etc.
Construction of the following will take place during the development project: Main bridge over River Indus, 6 flyovers, 154 subways, 137 Cattle Creeps, 15 Interchanges, 76 Canal bridges, and finally a drainage system.
The goal of the project is to ensure a smooth traffic flow on the Karachi-Lahore Motorway section (from Hyderabad to Sukkur), which will therefore become an efficient roadway towards economic development in Pakistan.
