CDA observes increase in revenue collection

0 ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA) has observed an exceptional increase in its revenues after incorporating model bye-laws in 2020.
According to the details, CDA has collected Rs1.8bn due to an increase in approvals as compared to Rs100mn collected in 2016 in approvals.
In the six months of 2021, CDA gave approval to 90pc of applications and generated Rs1.5bn until now.
Similarly, CDA is also going to introduce a regimen of approval in August 2021 to add more transparency to the process.
