CDA Establishes A Hill Park In Islamabad
Islamabad- On Sunday, a new hill park was inaugurated by Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Amir Ali in Islamabad’s Sector G-10/4.
The new park consists of jogging tracks, cycling tracks, swings, and walkways. The CDA chief asked the concerned departments to establish a lighting system, and to improve the current jogging track in the park. Benches were also placed in many areas.
The department of environment planted 500 trees during the inauguration. Spring plantation drive was also launched by the chairman of CDA. He further directed the relevant departments to plant a total of 0.3 million large plants amidst the drive.
The park was formed after getting rid of heaps of detritus for the benefit of citizens.
Flowers of many kinds were planted in the park for citizens to relish the green atmosphere.
