CDA earns Rs38bn in revenue from auction of plots
ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority has collected Rs37.94mn in revenue after the auction of 24 commercial plots.
According to the details, CDA auctioned a commercial plot over 7000sqyd in Blue Area at the price of Rs8.79bn. It is the highest offer received by CDA in the auction of commercial plots.
Furthermore, for 11 commercial plots, the CDA auction committee got offers worth Rs17.5bn.
In Diplomatic Enclave, the civic authority auctioned the commercial plot at the price of Rs1.64bn. The same commercial plot received the offer of Rs423, 000 per square yard.
Speaking on the occasion, Chairman CDA, Amer Ahmed Ali was of the view that the authority has successfully collected the set target of revenue from the auction of commercial plots.
