Kitchen Gardening Project launches by RDA along with Turkish NGO

11 June 2020, Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) in collaboration with IHH-NL a Turkish NGO and Pak helpline have launched the first Kitchen Gardening project. Steel framed kitchen gardening racks have been distributed among fifty households in Rawalpindi.

The ceremony to distribute kitchen gardening racks was held by the Turkish Ambassador and along with other general directors were invited. The Turkish Ambassador thanked Pakistan for launching the project. He concluded the Pakistani government is helping people to improve citizens’ lives and social status. These small scale projects will provide people with better livelihoods and to provide them with organic vegetables which will improve their health and reduce their expenses.

Turkish are very happy to work along with the Pakistani government as Turkish people have a great love for Pakistani brethren. Turkey will extend moral and financial support to the needy people in Pakistan.
