CDA to Conduct Anti-Encroachment Operations in Federal Capital
Islamabad: Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA), Muhammad Usman Younis, has given the relevant department the go-ahead to begin anti-encroachment operations in a number of Islamabad sectors.
The anti-encroachment teams were to conduct operations in the twin cities per the Chairman’s directions, according to the DG Enforcement.
In response to complaints from the public, an anti-encroachment action was launched against the restaurant in sector F-8.
According to the specifics, multiple unlawful buildings were destroyed at F-8, G-7, Margalla Town, Lahtrar Road, Khana Pul, and Kuri Road, and over 11 truckloads of encroachment materials were seized.
It is pertinent to state that in certain places of the twin cities, the CDA and Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) have taken enforcement action against unapproved structures and encroachments.
