Construction industry on the move; 4700 new construction projects approved by Imran Khan since July.

Sindh saw a positive increase in developmental projects. Association of Builders and Developers (ABAD) informed the committee that a total of 74 such projects were approved which according to their estimates, will stir up the economic activity of around 55 billion rupees in connected sectors. ABAD also lauded the efforts of the government to facilitate financial and developmental movements in the construction sector.

Banks are also in on the act as Governor State Bank Mr. Reza Baqir said that all banks have been directed to make loan applications for the said purposes easier and shorter. State bank will ensure that all private banks comply. Imran Khan also stressed highlighting all those individuals who slow processes down unnecessarily. PM instructed all concerned departments for weekly updates so the processes remain efficient.
